To create a fun as well as challenging dynamic to my classes, I introduce ‘props’: balls, therabands, magic circles and rollers.
Pilates strengthens your core muscles which will help improve your posture, stability, flexibility, coordination and strength. It can help to decrease stress, boost your confidence, your energy and help with your breathing, and so much more!
